原子力発電施設ライフサイクル支援汎用エンジニアリングデータベースの概念検討; 構築の方策と基本的な機能の考察

国際原子力機関(IAEA)では、原子力安全にかかる知識管理の活動や施設の設備管理にライフサイクルマネージメントの考えを導入し、施設にかかる品質や維持等に知識保存と技術伝承を確保しようとする動きが顕著化している。日本原子力研究開発機構においても研究・開発及び関連する情報の保存(知識保存)の活動等が行われている。一般産業におけるデータ処理技術の活用や知識保存と技術伝承及び知識管理の成果を用いて、原子力発電施設におけるライフサイクルの各段階での情報,知識を収集し、データベースを構築することができれば、情報,知識を参照することにより、施設の性能,信頼性等を容易に確認することができる。本報告書では、施設のライフサイクルを支援するためのエンジニアリングデータベースの構築方策、及び、データベースの管理システムの基本的な機能についての考察を行った。

IAEA stands out the activity of the knowledge management of nuclear safety and the movement to introduce the idea of the life cycle management into the quality control of maintenance of the nuclear power generation facilities to assure the knowledge preservation and to succeed the technology of facilities. JAEA also has such activities as the knowledge preservation of research and development, and related information. The facilities' performance and reliability can be easily checked with the technology of data processing in the general industry and the results of the knowledge repository, transmitting technology and knowledge management by referring to the information and knowledge if the information and knowledge at each step of the life-cycle of facilities can be built. This report shows the strategy of the construction of the engineering database to support the life cycle of facilities and the basic function of the management system.
