JMTR一次冷却系統の圧力サージタンク,脱気タンク及び処理水タンクの健全性調査

Investigation on integrity of the surge tank, the degas tank and the purify water tank for the primary cooling system of JMTR

2007年度から開始したJMTR原子炉施設の改修工事に先立ち、JMTR再稼働後も長期的に使用する原子炉施設のうち一次冷却系統の塔槽類(圧力サージタンク,脱気タンク,処理水タンク)について健全性調査を実施した。健全性調査では、目視による外観観察,浸透探傷試験(PT検査)について、それぞれ調査を行い、健全性が十分維持されていることを確認した。圧力サージタンク,脱気タンク,処理水タンクの今後の継続的使用にあたっては、定期的な点検及び補修を計画的に実施することが、圧力サージタンク,脱気タンク,処理水タンクの健全性を維持するうえで重要である。

An integrity investigation was carried out for the JMTR reactor installations, which were the primary cooling system tanks (the surge tank, the degas tank and the purify water tank) and they would be used for the long term after JMTR restart, before the renewal work for the JMTR on FY2007. The visual inspection and the liquid penetrate test (PT) were carried out as the integrity investigation to confirm the integrity of primary cooling system tanks. In order to use the surge tank, the degas tank and the purify water tank continuously for long term, it is important for maintaining the integrity of the surge tank, the degas tank and the purify water tank by the periodical maintenance and the repairing work.
