炉内中継装置の落下

IVTM drop at August 26, 2010

2010年8月の燃料交換の後片付け中、原子炉機器輸送ケーシングのグリッパで炉内中継装置を約2メートル吊り上げたところ、炉内に落下した。炉内中継装置の重量は約3.3トンである。

In-vessel transfer machine (IVTM) dropped down about 2 m when hanged up by the gripper of the auxiliary handling machine (AHM) succeeding to the refueling in August 11-17. The weight of the IVTM is ca. 3.3 ton.
