水素侵入による980MPa級溶接金属の低温割れ限界

Critical conditions for hydrogen induced cold cracking of 980 MPa class weld metal

水素を導入した980MPa級鋼の拘束溶接継手の低温割れ試験を実施するとともに、中性子回折により溶接継手内部の応力分布状態を解析した。得られた結果から、高強度溶接継手の低温割れ限界条件を明らかにした。

Experiments of cold cracking on a hydrogen induced 980 MPa class restraint weld joint were performed and the residual stress distribution in the joint was analyzed using neutron diffraction technique. The critical conditions for the cold cracking of the weld joint was determined from the obtained results.
