海水が注入された福島第一原子力発電所の使用済み燃料プールにおける燃料集合体の健全性評価に資するため、照射後のジルカロイ-2被覆管を用いた、高温の人工海水への浸漬試験及び引張試験を行った結果について前報で報告した(日本原子力学会2012秋の大会)。本報告では、より腐食環境が厳しくなる人工海水濃度及び浸漬時間で同様の試験を実施することで、人工海水濃度等がジルカロイ-2被覆管の腐食挙動や強度特性に及ぼす影響を評価した。

In the accident on Fukushima Dai-ichi Nuclear Power Plant, the spent fuel pool was cooled by sea water. To investigate soundness evaluation of fuel assemblies in the pool, immersion tests were conducted for irradiated zircaloy-2 cladding tubes and the results were reported in 2012 Fall Meeting of Atomic Energy Society of Japan. In this report, the same tests were performed in the more corrosive conditions of artificial sea water concentration and extended immersion time, and the influence of artificial sea water concentration on corrosion behavior and tensile properties of zircaloy-2 cladding tubes were evaluated.
