News from DEMO Design Special Team, 1

Sakamoto, Yoshiteru

As a result of discussion of Fusion Research Working Group under MEXT, DEMO Design Joint Special Team has been established in Rokkasho Fusion Institute at 1st of June. The team is organized for DEMO conceptual design activity, and starts with 51 members including from industry and universities. The team is the project under the direct control of MEXT. The 1st meeting was held at Rokkasho on 18th of June. The participants discussed on the plan and schedule.
