放射光が拓く構造物性; 共鳴効果の利用を中心に

Structural physics with synchrotron radiation; Focus on a use of resonant effect

放射光X線を利用した構造物性研究に関する最近のわれわれの研究を紹介する。其の中で特に放射光の特長である波長選択性のメリットを生かした共鳴効果の利用について、その原理,特徴を説明し研究例を紹介する。

The content of the text is focused on a use of resonant effect of X-rays from Synchrotron Radiation. The resonant effect of X-rays is one of the advantages of Synchrotron radiation to be used for structural studies on condenced matters. We will show some recent studies employed with this effect.
