Defect-induced phase separation in relaxor Pb(In $_{1/2}$ Nb $_{1/2}$ )O crystals

Thermal properties of ordered and disordered Pb(In $_{1/2}$ Nb $_{1/2}$ )O (PIN) single clystals were investigated. The defect-induced phase separation provided a good agreement of the instability of the relaxor nd antiferroelectric states of the PIN crystals.
