ウルツァイト型GaInNに対する準粒子バンド構造を、
近似に基づく全電子FLAPW計算法を用いて計算した。InNに対するバンドギャップの計算値は1eV以下であり、最近報告された実験値を支持する結果となった。
The electronic band-structures of wurtzite-type GaInN are calculated by using an all-electron FLAPW method in the approximation(GWA). Our calculations show that the bandgap of InN is smaller than 1 eV, and strongly support the recently observed smaller bandgaps.
