多層膜による中性子散漫散乱解析コードの開発

中性子多層膜ミラーからの散漫散乱を解析・評価するため、DWBA理論に基づくシミュレーションコードの開発を行った。本コードは、ロッキングスキャン,検出器スキャン,オフセットスキャンの3種類の走査タイプを想定した解析モードを有している。さらにNi/Ti多層膜ミラーに関して、JRR-3でのロッキングスキャンによる実験とモデルについての理論計算との比較,検討を行い、良い一致を見た。

We have established a model to analyze the diffuse neutron scattering for Ni/Ti multilayers with DWBA calculation. Three kind of scan type have been adopted to investigate the features of the scattered intensities. Good agreement between the measurement around rocking scan and the calculation following the concept of DWBA has been achieved in this paper.
