J-PARC用ACS型加速空洞の製作に向けて、アルミ製セル,無酸素銅製セルの製作を行い、高周波測定を行ってきた。本論文ではこれまでの測定方法そのものの試験、及び測定結果,解析,今後の見通し等について報告する。

The first J-PARC ACS cavity is under fabrication. Aluminum and OFC test cells were fabricated and tested for RF properties. This paper discusses the RF measurement setup, comparing the measurements and analyses, and the outlook for the next step.
