Levels in $$^{127}$$La fed by the $$^{127}$$Ce beta-decay

$$^{127}$$Ceの$$beta$$崩壊による$$^{127}$$Laの準位図式

$$^{127}$$Laの低励起準位を$$^{127}$$Ce(${it T}$$$_{1/2}$$=29s)の$$beta$$崩壊により調べた。$$^{127}$$Ceは$$^{nat}$$Moターゲットを$$^{35}$$Clのビームで照射して生成し、オンライン同位体分離装置を用いて他の核反応生成物より分離した。$$gamma$$線測定に加えて、内部転換電子の測定を行い遷移の多重度を決定した。また励起準位の寿命を$$beta$$-$$gamma$$遅延コインシデンスの手法で決定した。得られた$$^{127}$$Laの準位図式は、ニルソン模型の理論計算と比較した。

The low-lying levels in $$^{127}$$La have been studied through the $$beta$$-decay of $$^{127}$$Ce (${it T}$$$_{1/2}$$ = 29 s) produced by bombarding a $$^{nat}$$Mo target with a 185-MeV $$^{35}$$Cl beam. Reaction products were on-line mass-separated, and $$gamma$$-ray singles and $$gamma$$-$$gamma$$ coincidence measurements were performed. Conversion electrons were also measured and multipolarities of transitions have been derived. A half-life of an excited state was determined by the $$beta$$-$$gamma$$ delayed coincidence technique. The level scheme obtained has been compared with calculations based on the Nilsson model.
