U in the resonance regionUの共鳴領域中性子断面積の誤差解析種々の設計計算の精度評価のために、U中性子断面積の共分散(誤差)を共鳴領域で推定した。入射中性子エネルギーで平均された断面積の共分散を、最小自乗法を用い測定データから求めた。得られた共分散データは評価済核データライブラリーJENDL-3.3のデータと結合され、利用者が必要な共鳴領域断面積の誤差情報を提供することが可能となった。
Covariances of neutron cross sections for U were evaluated in the resonance region to estimate the accuracy of various design calculations. Energy-averaged cross-section covariances were deduced from available measurements by using the least-square method. The data obtained were combined with the U data of JENDL-3.3 in order to complete uncertainty infomation required by users.
