国際技術センターにおいて、「もんじゅ」への適用を目的とした分散型プラント監視・診断システムの開発を行っている。データ収録装置を用い「もんじゅ」からのプロセスデータをLANを介して入力し、異常診断部分はエージェントとしてモジュール化した。診断モジュールのインタフェースを標準化し診断機能の拡大・変更等が容易に行える柔軟な構成のシステムとした。本システムはインターネット技術を用いたため、建設所の多くのエンジニアがLANに接続されたパソコンで利用でき、また安価である。今回システムのプラットフォームと基本的な診断部分を完成させ基本機能を確認したので報告する。

A distributed plant monitoring and diagnosis system is being developed at "Monju". Plant data are obtained from the "Monju" data acquisition system. Diagnosis software adopts the agent system. The standardizing of the interface and the use of agents enables flexible improvements to be made to the system. Moreover, the adoption of Internet technology enables "Monju" engineers to access this system from their PC. This report describes the system outline and some of the validation work that was conducted.
