評価済核データファイルJENDL用共分散処理システムの整備

日本原子力研究所シグマ委員会で現在整備が進められている評価済核データファイルJENDL用の共分散データを処理するためのコードシステムの整備が必要とされている。そのため、既存のコードシステムのUNIX Work Station計算機への移植と適用テストを行い、JENDLに適合した共分散処理システムの設計を行った。対象とした共分散処理コードは、PUFF-2とNJOY94の2つであり、ENDF/B-VIとJEF-2.2から共分散データを含む16核種を選択してテストと比較を行った。この結果、既存の処理コードの問題点が明らかとなり、処理システム設計に反映することができた。本作業の主要な結論として、PUFF-2とNJOY94の共分散処理結果は、ほぼ同一であり妥当であることが判明した。ENDF/B-VIの新しい共分散の表現形式に対応できるのはNJOY94コードであるため、JENDL用の処理システムとしては、NJOYのERRORRモジュールを取り出して独立コードとする案が考えられる。

In the Japanese Nuclear Data Committee, Japan Atomic Energy Research Institute, the evaluation work of covariance data for the evaluated nuclear data file JENDL is now in progress. Preparation of a covariance processing code system is necessary for using its evaluated covariance data. Therefore, known processing codes of PUFF-2 and NJOY94 were installed on a UNIX work station computer and their availabilities were tested by real processing calculations. Then structure and function of a covariance processing system for JENDL was designed. 16 nuclides including a covariance data were selected from ENDF/B-VI and JEF-2.2. As the result, some incomplete points of codes were made dear and these were reflected on the design of processing system.
