東海事業所におけるユーティリティ設備の運営管理の現状

The Current Status of the Utility Facility Management in JNC Tokai Works

東海事業所建設工務管理部工務課が、担当するユーティリティ設備は、最新のものから竣工後30年以上運用されているものまで、種々のものがある。これらユーティリティ設備を、安全、かつ安定に管理運営するためには、設備本体の点検や保守を行うとともに、設備の管理全体を体系的に行うことが重要である。今回は、担当するユーティリティ設備の運転管理のすべての業務管理体系について、報告する。最後に、工務課にける内部コミュニケーションの実態についても紹介する。

The utilities facilities operated by Construction and Management Department in Tokai works have come of various ages, which is zero to 30 years from those start of the operation.In order to contribute to the safety and stability, it is important to perform the whole management of utility equipment systematically, while performing inspection and maintenance for the utility equipment. This report outlines all of the utility operational management systems. At the end of this report ,the actual activities of the internal communication on the Maintenance Section of our division are also described.
