B2型規則構造合金の中性子照射応答について検討した。照射下では、相反する規則化と不規則化が均衡した状態にある。Bragg-Williams の長範囲規則度とWarren-Cowleyの短範囲規則度を用いて照射中の照射下状態を温度と照射速度の関数として表現したところ、規則度が急激に低下する閾値1と低下した後徐々に平衡に近づく閾値2、及び平衡値の変化から、照射下状態ダイアグラムが得られた。これにより、照射実績のない新たな規則合金に関して、照射下における供用条件の概略が容易に評価可能となった。

Neutron irradiation response of a B2-type ordered alloy was obtained from the irradiation diagram. Two conflicting processes; irradiation disordering and ordering take place under irradiation and that state is decribed by the degree of Bragg-Williams's long range order and Warren-Cowley's short range order. The irradiated state reveals a function of temperature and dose rate and also, the first threshold value and the second threshold value were obtained at which the degree of order abruptly or gradually fall down, respectively. Our proposed irradiation diagram can be useful to judge the new material to be irradiation-resistant or not.
