東アジアの原子力活動の透明性の向上を通じて核不拡散に関する信頼性を向上させ原子力の利用を推進するため、透明性を向上させる方策として、情報公開,国際協力,地域協定などを検討する。

In the East Asia region, only three countries and one region use nuclear power generation. Nuclear power generation is expected to expand in this region with the growth of economy. For the future peaceful use of nuclear energy, nuclear non-proliferation culture should be fostered with confidence building through the transparency of peaceful nuclear activity between the each country in this region. This study will describe the measures that can contribute to the improvement of the transparency of peaceful nuclear activity in the aspect of non-proliferation in this region.
