固溶強化と析出強化を複合した成分系について析出挙動に及ぼす焼準処理及び焼戻し処理の影響について調査した結果を報告する。焼戻し工程で十分な析出を生じさせるのに適切な焼ならし条件は、1100$$^{circ}$$C水冷であった。また、550$$^{circ}$$C+750$$^{circ}$$C2回焼戻すと、750$$^{circ}$$C1回焼戻しに比べ微細かつ高密度の析出物が得られることがわかった。

This paper describes the effect of normalizing and tempering conditions on precipitation behavior in a 9Cr alloy. It is supposed that normalizing process at 1373K followed by water quenching is adequate to achieve an ideal microstructure after tempering. Fine and densely distributed precipitates can be obtained by double tempering process at 823K and 1023K.
