Coulomb phase shift calculation in momentum space

By using a new boundary condition model, we calculate Coulomb phase shifts in "momentum space". The K-matrix equation for the auxiliary potential is introduced by a Lemmaunder the boundary condition. The equation permits one to avoid many prohibited rules for the long range property. Our numerical phase shift shows good agreement with the analytical phaseshift.
