Sodium void reactivity worth calculations for fast critical assemblies without whole-lattice homogenization

We propose new procedure to calculate SVRW of critical assemblies without whole-lattice homogenization in order to avoid errors associated with lattice homogenization. A validity of discrete ordinates transport calculations for lattice-heterogeneous critical assemblies is confirmed through benchmark calculations. With the numerical method without lattice homogenization and nuclear data JENDL-3.3, numerical solutions agree with the experimental data within 3$$sigma$$ of the experimental uncertainties.
