本件は、IAEAが主催するアジア地域の各国における「研究炉安全に関する行動規範」の適用状況に関する議論を行う会議において、アジア各国の今後の教育訓練に関する体系の確立等の参考となる情報を提供するため、日本原子力研究開発機構で行われている職員に対する教育訓練についてレクチャーを行うものである。主な内容は、NSRR管理課における職員に対する教育訓練で、保安規定,諸規定類等に基づき体系的に実施していること、及び、原子力機構内の研修センターや機構外で行われている研修等を活用し計画的な個々人の能力向上を図っていることである。

This is a lecture of personnel training in JAEA for the IAEA sponsored Regional Workshop on the Application of the Code of Conduct on the Safety of Research Reactor for Asia region countries. Objective of the lecture is furnishing useful information to Asia region countries to establish the personnel training system. The contents are about NSRR personnel training with systematically implementation according to regulation for safety activity and some other regulations, and improvement of personnel ability with applying training programs of Nuclear Technology and Education Center and other organizations.
