Origin of radiation

This review explains the origin of the radiation from viewpoints of a science history, a natural science, the source of surroundings and laws for the beginner on the work of radiation protection in the future. In a historical viewpoint, it explains the history of the radiation and the radioactivity discovery and the knowledge of the radiation and radioactivity at the present age. And it explains a scientific definition and the kind of the radiation and the radioactivity in radiation protection in the viewpoint in a natural science. Moreover, it goes back the history of space and the earth on the source of the natural radiation, and the kinds and their use on an artificial radiation source are both described. Furthermore, it explains the definition and its problem of the radiation on radiation protection in the law. Finally, the interpretation of the radiation and the radioactivity is easily indicated as a worker on radiation protection.
