$$beta$$-decay half-lives of four new neutron-rich isotopes $$^{163-166}$$Eu and levels in $$^{166}$$Gd

$$beta$$-decay half-lives of four new neutron-rich isotopes $$^{163-166}$$Eu produced in the proton-induced fission of $$^{238}$$U have been determined, using an on-line isotope separator at JAEA. The measured half-life values are 7.7(4) s for $$^{163}$$Eu, 4.6(7) s for $$^{164}$$Eu, 2.7(6) s for $$^{165}$$Eu and 1.7(4) s for $$^{166}$$Eu. And we determined the $$E(2^+_1)$$, $$E(4^+_1)$$ energies of $$^{166}$$Gd$$_{102}$$ which is most neutron-rich Gd isotope to be 69.7(1) keV and 230.5(1) keV, respectively.
