測定条件がpMC及びdelta13C測定値に与える影響の検討

Examination of the effects of the conditions of measurement on pMC and delta13C

JAEA-AMS-TONOの測定時における調整用パラメータ応答特性を明らかにすることを目的として、測定条件の調整に使用するさまざまなパラメータを変えたとき、pMC及び13Cの測定値にどの程度影響を与えるかを検討する試験を行ったので、その結果を報告する。

To determine the charactristics of JAEA-AMS-TONO with parameter changing, This report examined the effect of the adjustment of conditions of mesurement on pMC and delta13C with the test mesurement under these adjustment parameter changing.
