It is necessary to measure always pulsed neutrons by neutron beam monitors for neutron scattering experiments in J-PARC. Especially, a high counting rate measurement is required at neutron energy range more than thermal neutrons. Therefore, neutron beam monitors using neutron scintillators were developed. For these monitors, two kinds of high-counting-rate signal processing circuits were designed and fabricated. One is a very high counting rate circuit with time constant less than 10ns and other is a high counting rate circuit with time constant of 100ns. The counting rate characteristics obtained by experimental measurements are reported.
