Theory of magnetic properties in the spin-triplet superconducting state of Sr$$_2$$RuO$$_4$$

Nomura, Takuji; Hirashima, Dai*; Ikeda, Hiroaki*

We calculate the spin susceptibility $$chi({bf q}, omega)$$ and the NMR relaxation rate $$1/T_1$$ in the spin-triplet superconducting state of Sr$$_2$$RuO$$_4$$. We start with a three-band Hubbard model possessing a realistic electronic structure. The calculated NMR relaxation rate shows Korringa relation above $$T_c$$ and $$T^3$$ behavior from just below $$T_c$$, without a Hebel-Slichter peak. This temperature dependence is consistent with experiments, but the calculated anisotropy of $$1/T_1$$ ($$[1/T_1]_c/[1/T_1]_{ab}$$) is too small to explain the large experimental value, i.e., about two. We will discuss the anisotropy and the momentum and frequency dependences of $$chi({bf q}, omega)$$. We will investigate also possible spin-wave modes for the same superconducting order parameter in the three-band model.
