Antioxidative properties of silybin; A Pulse radiolysis study

パルスラジオリシス法を用いて、ラジカル捕捉剤シリビンと一酸化ラジカル(OH$$^{.}$$, Br$$_{2}$$$$^{.-}$$, N$$_{3}$$$$^{.}$$, NO$$_{2}$$$$^{.}$$, CO$$_{3}$$$$^{.-}$$, CCl$$_{3}$$O$$_{2}$$$$^{.}$$)との反応性を、生成物の吸収スペクトルや反応速度定数を測定することにより調べた。中性溶液中でのdGMP-OHやトリプトファンラジカルのシリビンによる修復能についても報告する。

The transient spectral properties and rate constants of the free radical scavenger silybin reacting with various one-electron oxidants such as OH$$^{.}$$, Br$$_{2}$$$$^{.-}$$, N$$_{3}$$$$^{.}$$, NO$$_{2}$$$$^{.}$$, CO$$_{3}$$$$^{.-}$$, and CCl$$_{3}$$O$$_{2}$$$$^{.}$$ were studied by pulse radiolysis techniques. Repair activities of dGMP-OH or tryptophan radicals by silybin at neutral pH were also reported.
