核特性計算値の不確かさ評価の基本的考えを概説した。断面積感度係数について概説するとともに、断面積共分散の例を紹介した。実験解析値の不確かさ評価の例として、FCA高富化度MOX稠密格子炉心模擬実験結果について、感度係数,不確かさ評価結果を紹介した。実験データを設計計算値に反映させ、不確かさの低減を図る不確かさ評価として、従来バイアス因子法を概説した。FCA高富化度MOX稠密格子炉心模擬実験結果を水冷却増殖炉に適用した結果を紹介した。その他の不確かさ評価技術を紹介した。

A basic concept of evaluation of prediction uncertainty of neutronic characteristics is reviewed. The Calculation of sensitivity coefficients of cross section is introduced and examples of covariance data of cross section are presented. As an example of the evaluation of prediction uncertainty, the FCA critical experiments for high-enrich MOX-fueled tight pitch lattice LWR core are evaluated. The conventional boas factor method is reviewed as a reference concept to reduce prediction uncertainty. The application result of the method to a breeding LWR core with use of the above experimental results is presented. The other evaluation methods are introduced.
