われわれはパルスレーザー誘導光散乱法の開発を行った。この方法は音波の生成,検出過程ともに測定対象に対して非接触で行える技術である。幅広い音波の周波数ダイナミクスレンジの測定が可能等の優れた特徴を持つ。われわれは液体試料を用いて原理実証を行い、接触式の超音波法との音速測定数値の比較を行いよく一致した。

We developed the pulsed laser induced light scattering method. This method is performed in generation of a sound wave, and a detection process by non-contact. This technique has the feature measurement of the frequency dynamics range of a broad sound wave excelled in possible. We performed the principle actual proof using the liquid sample, and as a result of comparing a sonic measurement numerical value with the supersonic method of a contact type, we were well in agreement.
