ガス冷却高速炉用高燃焼度燃料の有望な候補として熱効率の高い窒化物燃料を用いたコンポジット燃料体に関する検討を進めている。本報告では、模擬窒化物燃料を用いたコンポジット燃料体の熱特性試験と微細組織観察を行い、コンポジット燃料の熱特性と作製技術に関する課題を明らかにした。

The examination on composite fuel assembly using the nitride fuel in which thermal efficiency is high as a promising candidacy for the high burn-up fuel for gas-cooled fast reactor(GFR) is advanced. In this report, heat characteristic tests and microstructure observation of composite fuel assembly using trial nitride fuel were carried out, and the problem which prepared draft in heat characteristics and production technique of the composite fuel was clarified.
