Systematical calculation of $$beta$$-delayed fission and neutron emission probabilities for super-heavy and neutron-rich nuclei relevant to the r-process nucleosynthesis

Tachibana, Takahiro*; Koura, Hiroyuki   ; Chiba, Satoshi

Effect of nuclear fission to the r-process nucleosynthesis is a quite interesting topic, that connects studies of superheavy nuclei and studies of lighter neutron-rich nuclei. So far, magnitude of this effect, however, is not so clearly understood, because such nuclear mass regions are quite far from the experimentally known nuclides and predictions by using some global models of nuclear masses have rather large ambiguity. In this study, we mainly focus on the $$beta$$-delayed fission, which has a possibility to affect abundance of the r-process. We make an improvement of calculation of $$beta$$-delayed fission probability in the super-heavy and neutron-rich region, and discuss the effect of it. We also calculate the $$beta$$-delayed neutron emission probabilities.
