Prospect on sodium cooled fast reactor in the next generation

This is one of invited presentations in a panel session entitled "Future Generation Reactor Technology". In the talk, the present status and the prospect of the next generation sodium cooled fast reactor development is outlined, that is, the present status of the development of Japanese advanced sodium cooled loop-type fast reactor (JSFR) is introduced with its background.
