In the Fast Reactor nuclear fuel cycle systems of the next generation, the development of the low decontaminated fuel is required. But the conventional chemical analysis has some problems of radiation exposure, radioactive analysis waste, and high analysis cost. To contribute the remote analysis, we are developing the simultaneous measurement of the impurity and the isotope ratio by the combination of LIBS and Ablation Initiated Resonance Absorption Spectroscopy. To achieve higher sensitivity, the characteristics of double pulse LIBS are studied. The spatial characteristics of the plasma emission are measured and compared with single configuration. The emission enhancement depended on the observed position is clarified, and the enhancement of 10 is obtained. The rapid increase of the emission intensity is observed in lower ablation power, but saturated in higher intensity. This shows the requirement of the optimized power balance for an effective enhancement.
