Residual-alpha ferrite formation mechanism in 9Cr-ODS ferritic steel

It may be possible that the high-temperature creep strength of 9Cr-ODS ferritic steel is largely improved by ultra-fine residual-alpha ferrite formation. This study discussed the mechanism on residual-alpha ferrite formation using thermodynamic model.
