The Direction to use extreme value statistics software for Excel "EVAN-II"

Life-time prediction for the equipments using extreme value statistics has been widely used in various industries. In this seminar, analyzing procedures will be taken accounts into and the fundamental theorem and applied cases will be informed briefly. The directions to use the PC software will be also explained.
