スピンギャップを持つ歪んだハニカム格子系Na$$_{3}$$Cu$$_{2}$$SbO$$_{6}$$の磁気励起

稜共有のCuO$$_{6}$$八面体がSbO$$_{6}$$八面体を囲むハニカム格子を形成するNa$$_{3}$$Cu$$_{2}$$SbO$$_{6}$$において、中性子磁気非弾性散乱実験を行い、観測されたsinglet-triplet励起がb-軸方向に走るスピン鎖が反強磁性-強磁性交替鎖を形成するモデルで説明できることを明らかにした。

Magnetic excitation spectra of Na$$_{3}$$Cu$$_{2}$$SbO$$_{6}$$ with the distorted honeycomb lattice structure have been investigated by means of neutron inelastic scattering. The observed dispersion of the magnetic excitation can be well understood in the framework of singlet-triplet excitation of quasi-one dimensional bond alternating system running in b-axis direction.
