Development of an on-line isothermal gas chromatographic apparatus for gas chemistry of Sg(Z=106)

To study chemical properties of transactinide element seaborgium (Sg, $$Z$$=106), we have developed an on-line isothermal gas chromatographic apparatus for the volatile oxychlorides. We examined the optimum conditions of the appratus using Mo and W as lighter homologues of Sg and studied gas chromatgraphic behaviour of them. It's found that the apparatus can be applied to Sg chemistry in gas phase.
