Development of safeguards environmental sample analysis for nuclear non-proliferation

JAEA is one of the IAEA network laboratories for safeguards environmental sample analysis. We are analyzing the samples routinely and developing more effective techniques. In this presentation, the development of uranium particle analysis using SIMS and FT-TIMS techniques and a plan for the analysis of Pu/MOX particles are shown.
