Irradiation of CO$$_{2}$$ clusters by a femtosecond laser pulses allows to enhance the soft X-ray radiation and obtain good images of different tiny structure objects in a wide field of view with high spatial resolution about 700 nm. It was demonstrated that the spatial coherence of such source is about of 2 microns.
