This study reports the current status of experimental and analytical evaluations that are carried out to develop a flow-induced vibration evaluation methodology and to investigate flow characteristics in large-diameter elbow pipes for the purpose of ensuring the feasibility of a large-scale sodium-cooled fast reactor with a two-loop cooling system.
