High-pressure experiments using neutron attract much attention since it offers material information we haven't obtained so far, such as positions of light elements and dynamics of the atoms. Among several beamlines at J-PARC, total scattering spectrometer NOVA is powerful tool for revealing structures of liquid and amorphous materials. To reveal the positions of light elements in disordered materials at high pressures, we are planning to do the experiment at this beamline. In this paper, we briefly mention efficiency of NOVA and introduce the high-pressure instrument planed to install on it.
