2008年度は、JMTR(Japan Materials Testing Reactor)改修により停止中のため利用運転は行わなかった。原子炉の運転管理では、施設定期検査の受検,施設定期自主検査等、安全を確保するための保守管理を行った。照射設備の運転管理では、照射施設の施設定期自主検査及び定期点検を行った。ホットラボでは、JMTRで照射された材料試料,燃料試料の照射後試験等を行った。また、施設の保守管理のため施設定期自主検査,建家の補修等を行った。本報告は、2008年度に行ったこれらの活動についてまとめたものである。

As for the refurbishment, the Japan Materials Testing Reactor (JMTR) has been stopped since its 165th cycle operation was finished, and the JMTR is advancing its refurbishment aiming at the reoperation from FY2011. Regarding the management and operation of the JMTR, inspection based on the law, maintenance and preservation works of facilities were carried out. Moreover, in the irradiation facility, maintenance and preservation works on the management and operation were also carried out. In the hot laboratory, post-irradiation examinations using irradiated materials and fuels were carried out. In addition, maintenance and preservation works of facilities and building were also carried out. This report describes the FY2008 activities relating to above mentions.
