核燃料供給保証に関する日本国政府の「IAEA核燃料供給登録システム提案(INFCIRC/683)」をベースとした供給保証システムについて検討し、供給保証に必要な追加的なコストと所要期間の想定を行うなど、より現実的なシステムとして提案を試みた。

Japanese Government proposed "IAEA Standby Arrangements System (INFCIRC/683)" for assurance of nuclear fuel supply (AOS). We focused and based our study on Japan's proposal. We have been able to show feasibility of AOS system more specifically by supposing additional costs and the required period necessary for AOS and present a system which could work practically.
