Pulse radiolysis study of liquid hydrocarbons; Observation and determination of alkyl radicals

We observed the transient absorption spectra of n-hexane, cyclohexane and methylcyclohexane using pulse radiolysis method. Furthermore, spectral properties and kinetic behavior of alkyl radicals of these three hydrocarbons are discussed.
