Materials and Life science Facility (MLF) at J-PARC has started the user program in December 2008, and various sciences are about to be developed extensively here. Sample environment equipment is one of the indispensable components to perform these experimental researches. Depending on their sciences, various sample environments such as high- and low-temperature and high-magnetic field systems will be required. Equipments for these advanced environments, including controls from computers, should be supported by facility-wide activities. We organized the Sample Environment Group, and have discussed some issues of the sample environment for the neutron scattering experiments at MLF, which are, for instance, standardization of the sample environment, plans toward further development, and so on. In this presentation, we report current status and our future plans of the sample environment equipments developed for neutron scattering experiments at MLF, J-PARC.
