緊急時広報の実例として、JCO及びもんじゅの事故時の住民への広報や事業者からマスメディアへの広報の例をとりあげて説明する。また、住民への広報の方法,住民からの問合せ対応,メディアセンターの役割,マスメディアのモニタリングや、原子力緊急時支援・研修センターが行っている広報研修の内容について紹介する。

As the experience on public communication during emergency, I explain lesson learned from JCO criticality accident and the sodium leak accident of Monju. And introduce the methods of public communication, public warning systems, response to the public inquiry, monitoring of news media, training of public communication in the NEAT etc.
