JSFRの冷却系設備では、設備,配置の合理化等を狙って1次主循環ポンプを中間熱交換器へ組み込む革新技術を取り入れた、ポンプ組込型中間熱交換器の導入を検討している。FaCTプロジェクトで進めている本革新技術について、これまでの採否評価結果を報告する。

An intermediate heat exchanger (IHX) integrated with the primary pump is being developed for the cooling system of Japan Sodium-cooled Fast Reactor (JSFR) as a candidate of innovative technology for the purposes such as streamlining its facilities and layout in the Fast Reactor Cycle Technology Development (FaCT) project. This paper reports the result of applicability study of the innovative technology.
