Emission rates of particles from supports with different surface conditions in direct deposition sources

The present study demonstrates that surface conditions of the support would affect -particle emission rates of direct evaporation sources. It was suggested that the support with rough surface possibly caused energy attenuation of particles emitted by the nuclides being trapped in valleys on the surface and occasionally some decrease of emission rates.
