Pre-equilibrium multiple-coalescence model analysis

Light-ion production cross sections should be evaluated to estimate irradiation damage of the structural materials and soft-error of semiconducting devices. However, the evaluations have strongly relied on some empirical models. We had introduced pre-equilibrium coalescence model for the cross section analysis, and already confirmed its validity. In this work, multi-particle light-ion emission process was taken into account. We will present the computational results in this conference.
